Terms and Conditions for Lead Generation Services
- Definition of a Lead:
A 'lead' is identified as an individual within your specified target market who has interacted with your outreach email. This may include individuals who express interest, pose queries about your services, suggest a more appropriate contact within their organisation, or request a follow-up at a later date. We note that these leads, upon adequate follow-up, have the potential to convert into customers.
- Limitations on Lead Generation:
While we strive to generate quality leads, there are factors beyond our control that may impact this process. These include, but are not limited to, the strength of your offering, deviations from our expertly advised email content, or inaccuracies in defining the target market. Due to these variables, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of leads.
- Email Campaign Setup:
Upon commencement of your campaign, we will purchase a domain closely resembling your existing one and create a new email address under this domain. This email address will be used to contact potential leads in your market, with responses being forwarded to your primary email address. By signing up for our services, you authorise us to procure a similar domain and manage email communications on your behalf for the duration of the campaign. Please note that Lead Bazooka retains ownership of the domain. In the event of campaign termination, we will cease using the domain, which will re-enter the market upon the renewal of its license.
- Campaign Management:
Your campaign, including message content and prospecting strategies, will be comprehensively developed at the outset. As a result, target audience adjustments can only be made every four weeks. Should you require changes to your targeting criteria within a shorter timeframe, an additional admin charge may be required.
- Data Storage and GDPR Compliance:
We adhere strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards in all our data handling and storage practices.
- Amendment of Terms and Conditions:
Lead Bazooka reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. Therefore, all paying clients will be directly notified of any substantial changes to these terms via email or through their preferred method of communication as per our records. While we commit to providing such notice, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are updated with any changes. Your continued use of our services following the notification and publication of any amendments represents your acceptance of those changes.

Please be aware that Lead Bazooka is a trading name of MODULAR MAPPER LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. The company registration number is 10638272. All references to Lead Bazooka in these Terms and Conditions, as well as in any corresponding documentation or communication, pertain to MODULAR MAPPER LIMITED, its rights, obligations, and liabilities.
Terms and Conditions for 10 pre-qualified leads a week offer
- Refund Policy for Unmet Lead Targets:
We are committed to delivering results, If, over the duration of a month, the average number of leads generated per week falls below the guaranteed threshold of 10, you will be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis. This is calculated based on the average weekly lead count within the month.
- Refund Calculation:
The value of each lead is determined as one-tenth of your total weekly contract value. Should the average weekly lead count within the month fall short of the guaranteed 10 leads, a pro-rata refund will be calculated proportionally to this deficit, in relation to your total monthly contract value.
- Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed at the end of each month. To ensure fairness, any surplus leads generated in any week within the month will be accounted for in calculating the monthly average. For example, if 5 leads are generated in the first week, but 14 in the second, the average will be calculated over the month's total leads. This approach ensures a balanced assessment, taking into account both over- and under-performance across the month.
Terms and Conditions for Bulk Lead Purchases
- Bulk Lead Campaign Duration:
When opting for our bulk lead purchase option, we commit to running your campaign until the specified lead target is met. However, there is a maximum duration limit for this endeavour. We will continue the campaign for a period of up to six months. If the target is not achieved within this timeframe, the campaign will be concluded at the end of the six-month period.
